1. SPONSOR and PRODUCER.
"The MrGoodbeer.com Monthly Giveaway" & "Slot Machine at CyBeerMall.com" ("Contest") is sponsored and produced by Mike Snyder, 1004 Regent St NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402 ("Producer").
2. ELIGIBILITY.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 21 years or older. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family and household members of the Producer, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, are not eligible to play. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of the Producer, which shall be final. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification. The Producer reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person the Producer believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. The Producer reserves the right to disqualify an entrant that it believes has violated the laws of the jurisdiction in which the entrant resides. The Producer may require any entrant to mail in a written declaration and additional evidence as to the proof of age and identity. All federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. HOW TO ENTER - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
To enter:
A) To submit entries by mail, legibly HAND PRINT your full name, address, age and (optionally, if available) e-mail address on a 3" x 5" card and send it via U.S. Mail to MrGoodbeer.com Giveaway, 1004 Regent St NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402. One card counts for 1 entries. Limit one card per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Entries must be postmarked during the month of the sweepstakes you are entering and must be received by the end of that month.

B) Play the games on MrGoodbeer.com and/or CyBeerMall.com and follow the instructions to submit entries.
Regardless of method of entry:
Entries must be filled out completely and correctly to be valid. (Entries without complete first and last name are not valid!) Online entries are limited to one entry per person per email address per month plus and bonus entries earned as described on the websites. Entries by U.S. Mail are unlimited but only one entry per stamped envelope will be considered.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS.
The deadline for entries is midnight on the last day of each month. The drawing for each month's contest will take place within 1 week after the deadline. Entries will be randomly selected. The drawing will be held under the supervision of the Producer, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor or the Producer, a substitute prize of equal value will be awarded. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return a completed and executed affidavit and release as required, the prize will be forfeited or another winner will be randomly selected by the Producer. Winner consents to the use of his/her name for publicity and commercial purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
5. CONDITIONS.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of the Producer, which shall be final.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. All federal, state and local laws apply. The Sponsor and the Producer and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor and the Producer and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor or the Producer that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
By participating in the Contest, you agree to release and hold the Sponsor, the advertisers, and the Producer harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
The Contest may be terminated at any time without prior notice; however, all prizes for the current month will still be awarded. In the event of early termination of the Contest, a drawing will be conducted from among the eligible entries received.
6. PRIZES.
The prizes to be awarded for each monthly drawing are described at http://www.mrgoodbeer.com/contest/ and vary from month to month. Normally, one prize per month is given away.
7. TO FIND OUT WHO WON.
The list of winners will be posted at http://www.mrgoodbeer.com/contest/winners.shtml.
8. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS AND WAIVERS.
All entries become the property of the Producer and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering the Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Producer, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won. All online entries submitted must be from unmodified games the player manually played. Automatic playing of games by software or macro routines, playing multiple games simultaneously, the repeated posting of a single game's credits or any other illegal manipulation of the credits may result in the rejection of all submitted entries. The Producer reserves the right to reject or remove entries it believes were earned in violation of these conditions. Any attempt to forge game materials or defraud in any way will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowable by law.
